30 Day Return Policy
• No returns or exchanges on personalized, custom or engraved items.
• Items must be returned in a new and unworn condition.
• Items that have been resized, updated or repaired can not be returned.
• Items must be returned with original invoice.
• All shipping costs are nonrefundable.
To request a return please email us at email@example.com. One of our customer service representatives will follow up via email with instructions and forms.
Upon receipt of your return, all items will be inspected for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of any refunds or credits. Signs of wear include: scratches, marks or blemishes. Items resized or fixed by another jeweler will not be considered new.
All custom-made personalized engraved pieces are FINAL SALE only. We do not accept returns for any personalized pieces. There can be no changes or cancellations on personalized jewelry once order is placed.
Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE only. We do not accept returns on sale items.
